So grab your dragon saddle, brush up on your Valyrian, and let's talk dragons, fam!
[00:01:46] Let's talk about the dragons! Yeah, it's dragon time! It's dragon time! So, these dragons. We saw Sea Smoke do something that was very uncharacteristic. He went and hunted down his dragon rider, but that's typically not how this works. Is this... I mean, Seasmoke could have chosen anybody. The Wardar, do you feel like it's because of Adam's relationship to Laenor that they are brothers? I think he found, I think they found definitely a commonality there. He sensed it.
[00:02:15] There was a time, a couple of episodes ago, when you saw Adam look up in the sky and Sea Smoke was there. And Adam looked like he was doing something, I don't know if he was crabbing or what he was doing, he was bent over, and Sea Smoke was there. Nasseria said that Sea Smoke has been lonely. He's out there crying, out there flying lonely. And he's circling over his fight now. So, I just think that... and he saw him on his face, and I think maybe Sir Darkling coming over there made him think about,
[00:02:45] no, this is not my guy, but I do need a guy. Exactly. It is about time I find a rider, yeah. I find a rider. I don't like this stuff, you know? So, and Sea Smoke is one of those, one of the dragons where his egg was put in a cradle with Laenor. With Laenor, yeah. They grew up together. So, Sea Smoke only knew to have a rider. And then all of a sudden for the last, you know, it's probably been what, six years or so? This Laenor died? Give or take, I don't know how the story is going.
[00:03:15] Depending on, yeah. Technically it should be like nine. There's a little bit of a timeline. Yeah, it should be nine or... It should be more because that guy should be about eight or nine, but he's not, right? He's not, yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm. So, whatever, six to ten years, he's lonely. Mm-hmm. And he hasn't really, but he's lived most of his life with a rider. I think that, but that was interesting to play. Again, I know anybody who's read Fire and Blood, it's not really an accurate book. Unlike Game of Thrones, it's all first party.
[00:03:44] So like, you're in this character, so the chapter is Chappelle, you're in Chappelle's mind. You hear his thoughts, you hear the dialogue. Now, people might not be accurate because they might say, oh no, that thing is, the wall is, you know, 700 feet high. The next person says 300 feet. Another person says 2,000. But it's at least a perception. You know the conversation happened. Here you got some guy in the time of Game of Thrones looking back at old books and trying to take readings from three different people and put a hot...
[00:04:13] Those three people sometimes disagree about what happened and put a hodgepodge together. So there is room for interpretation. So I kind of appreciate that. And we'll see where the rest of the story goes, but at least they've been consistent with who killed Sir Darklyn and they were consistent with who actually does claim Seasmoke. Okay. Do you want to talk about Vermithor, his history? Yeah. So, yeah.
[00:04:39] So in the book, I do want to say, and Mari, correct me if you think this is wrong, but I think that the show definitely eliminated two dragons from the story. And that's Morgul and Shrykos, which are pretty insignificant, but those are the dragons of Jaehaerys and Jaehaerah. Oh, yeah. The twins. Yeah. The twins. The reason I say is because Damon last season broke down how many were on each side. He did, yeah. And he's mentioned four with the greens. Yeah.
[00:05:08] And so it should be six, but there's, and again, but maybe they were born later on because he did not name Stormcloud. So Stormcloud, as he knows, is like a little baby dragon. So maybe the other two baby dragons have hatched. But they're really not much, really very relevant considering one of them, one of the kids is dead. The other one is just a child. That's true. Oh, but, oh yeah. But that, maybe they're just like that season four's problem to deal with. And it could still be alive.
[00:05:37] There could be little dragons because we know where the story goes. Yeah. So let's say they're alive, right? Let's talk about the greens rule. Because I think I put the dragons into four buckets. Mm-hmm. Or not. There's green dragons, black dragons, unclaimed dragons, wild dragons. Okay. Because I do think that you want to put unclaimed because there's two kinds of unclaimed. There's unclaimed that showed a past history to have a rider. Mm-hmm. And there's unclaimed that are just don't have that history. Mm-hmm.
[00:06:07] So the greens, they had these two baby dragons, but what they really got is Vhagar, right? Everybody kind of knows, people probably know Vhagar's history. Vhagar was amongst the three dragons that conquered Westeros, belonged to Visenya Targaryen, who Rhaenyra has a fascination with, right? Because she named her daughter Visenya. Mm-hmm. She's written a book about Visenya. Visenya was the older sister of Aegon. And people said that Aegon married her for duty.
[00:06:36] And he married his younger sister Rhaenys for love. Mm-hmm. Visenya was a hard woman. And Vhagar's a hard-ass dragon, right? Yeah. So, you know, we're gonna, there's another dragon. We're gonna talk about the second oldest dragon known. We'll talk about the second biggest. We'll talk about the second most combat ready. But Vhagar's first in all three of those categories right now. Yeah. Mm-hmm. So she is, she's a bad bitch. Everybody knows it. She's taking everything from a lot of people.
[00:07:02] So do you believe that she confirmed a, like, that Vhagar's a girl? As far as age? Oh, Vhagar's a girl. I don't, you know, George Morris says sometimes that, that they're kind of a, uh, uh, what's it when they're, they're kind of like, not, not a, uh, what's the, when you can have both sexes? No, yeah. Like, uh, they can switch. They can switch. They can switch. Yeah. So, but they, people call her a girl because maybe the Senua was first riding her. Yeah. I don't know.
[00:07:30] I don't know if dragons would have that kind of sex. They, they, I think in the book they even said like the, the basis of dragon sex is still hotly debate is hotly debated. Yeah. Only way that they can confirm the, the sex of a dragon is if they procreate, if they, if they have, have babies and Vhagar doesn't have any known, uh, yeah. So, but it's like Cyrax, we know Cyrax does cause Cyrax has progeny. We know, um, Meraxes I believe had progeny.
[00:08:00] So it was like, yeah, it's funny. I was in a YouTube comments, like going back and forth with somebody about if Vhagar was a girl or not. I think somebody said that, uh, that Vhagar has got dream fire cause otherwise it doesn't make sense. Cause the dream fire would have to come from either Vhagar or Balerion and it's not Balerion. So, so speaking of this in a set way, uh, the greens have dream fire, which is the second oldest known dragon.
[00:08:26] We'll leave one to the end that we don't know the age and dream fire is a current mount of Helena Targaryen. We've seen Helena rides in season one. They showed three dragons riding away from the funeral of, uh, of Lena Valerion. So we know that she rides, but right now you have a dragon that's got a rider who's really not looking like to be in combat, right? Nobody's looking for Queen Helena to be in combat. Uh, dream fire has got a really interesting background.
[00:08:53] Um, she belonged to, uh, Raina Targaryen, which was the older sister of the old King Jaehaerys and the older sister of, of Alysanne. So the granddaughter of egg on the conqueror and Raina Targaryen is the one who started the tradition of putting a dragon egg in the cradle. So she put the dragon egg Vermithor and her brother younger brother's cradle and silver wing and younger sister's cradle.
[00:09:21] And they said that Raina and dream fire would, would constantly ride around all the Westeros. Like Raina was a big time fair dragon rider, but she would go. She was a very, a rebellious daughter. Um, and, and dream fire is not, even though age makes you bigger. She's not the second biggest because she spent a lot of her life in the dragon pit. Yeah. And being in the dragon pit will start your growth. Mm.
[00:09:49] And that's just like, uh, real bearded dragons, real bearded dragons in the real world. So their, uh, size is dependent on their environment. Like, uh, their, their tank, if they're captive, I have a cousin who has a bearded dragon as a pet and they cap their bearded dragons growth by the size of the tank. So they, they won't grow past what their, what their environment will allow them. Okay.
[00:10:18] You're talking about a lizard, not a dragon. Yes. Okay. We've been talking about dragons this whole time. So when you said that I was like, okay, so I'm the only one who's there, who tripping and Mari just said she got a dragon. A bearded dragon. I didn't know he was talking about a lizard. Okay. So we're putting dragons in, in dragon eggs in carriages at that point. Now what happens? Yep.
[00:10:44] So then, so, um, at that point when you, the advantage of putting a dragon egg in a baby carriage is that the bond is super strong between the rider and the dragon. Mm-hmm. The disadvantage is that you have dragons take a long time to grow. So when you claim a dragon from birth of the dragon egg, they're going to be smaller. You had that problem a little bit with Jace. He's got Vermax. We saw Vermax last week at the twins. He ain't that big.
[00:11:12] We saw Luke with a racks in season one. They're not that big. Uh, but if you claim a dragon has been around a little longer, then they're going to be more formidable. If depending on which it really depends on what you want, but maybe your, maybe your bond is not as strong. Mm-hmm. So with, um, but with Dreamfire, you've got a very old dragon that's kind of wasting away in the dragon pit. We did see Dreamfire in a fun scene in season one.
[00:11:41] That's a dragon that Eamon was going to the bottom of the, of the dragon pit looking around trying to claim the dragon and the dragon like blew fire at him. Mm-hmm. That's a dragon that they can use in combat. Uh, the greens also have or had Sunfire the golden. Mm-hmm.
[00:12:09] Uh, Sunfire, we, we, we, last we heard it, that cold said he's long in the dying. So maybe he's already dead now, but that he was very wounded from, from Rook's rest. Uh, Sunfire is not that big of a dragon. You saw that Sunfire was smaller than Maelisse, much smaller than Vaggar because Sunfire was in the, one of those scenarios that it was an egg put in, in the cradle of Aegon. Yeah. And, um, the writers have confirmed that, that egg in episode two, the one that Daemon stole,
[00:12:38] that he gave back to Rhaenyra at Dragonstone, that was Sunfire's egg. That was Sunfire essentially. That was before, before it hatched. So. I thought that was Cyrax's egg. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. It was Cyrax's egg, but it was, it's, it's, it's little Sunfire inside or, it's going to be Sunfire inside. Gotcha. And then the last, uh, green dragon is also a young dragon that we've met. We've met, we heard again in this episode is Daeron's dragon called Tesarion.
[00:13:07] Uh, Tesarion is known as the blue queen. It's a blue dragon, cobalt blue, spits blue fire. Uh, small, but quick. So, so to, to look at the greens, they really got like, I said, they got like a dragon and a half right now. Cause you've got Vhagar and you've got this Tesarion who they just said has just been mounted. And, um, dream fire. I just, in Helena state right now, I don't, I don't imagine her going into battle. Yeah.
[00:13:35] And Sunfire might be, Sunfire might be dead. And even if Sunfire wasn't dead, uh, his owner ain't rotting anything. You just, you just heard Larry said the guy's leg is all jacked up. He's, he's on the milk of the poppy. So the greens are limited, but are they limited when you got Vhagar? Yeah. Yeah. It's a tough spot, especially with Helena. Cause you know, like you said, Helena and Aegon, they not flying into battle no time soon.
[00:14:03] So they're really down two dragons just by design. Uh, I don't know what it would take to even get Helena into battle. She's a, that just doesn't seem like something she's going to be doing. And I don't know, like we saw Seasmoke has abandoned, uh, waiting for, uh, uh, his, uh, his dragon rider and then gone and found someone else. But you know, how often does that happen? You do somebody just say, all right, well, you're not going into battle. Let's just give you a dragon to somebody else. I'm pretty sure you can count Helena and her dragon out for a while. Yeah. Cause, cause, uh, Dreamfire knows Helena's alive.
[00:14:33] Mm-hmm . So, uh, you know, so they are limited, but then right now, now we shift to the blacks. The blacks are limited too, right? Because they're limited because of their own internal marital issues between Daemon and, and, um, and Raynera, right? Because they got Caraxes and Caraxes right now, uh, his story, he's, he's more of a, uh, I would say like a third generation dragon. As far as if you want to go back to saying Balerion and Vhagar, Varex, first, he was originally,
[00:15:01] uh, his original rider was Aemon Targaryen, the father of Rhaenys. Okay. So, uh, Aemon Targaryen was the oldest son of the old King Jaehaerys and Daemon's uncle. And he was the heir to, to, um, to the Iron Throne until he died. I believe he got an arrow through the neck in a battle of the steps. He was battling the Stepstones and he got an arrow through the neck. And later on, a young, uh, Daemon claimed that dragon.
[00:15:31] What I think Daemon did that was smart is that he claimed a dragon that was, uh, kind of entering his prime. You look at Caraxes right now, he's in his prime. He's a big, he's a big dragon. He's a, he's a great fighter. He's got a lot of battle experience. And, um, and he's not like, Vhagar's a little old and slow, right? So like a little long in the tooth. And so that's, so you have Caraxes, but right now it sounds like Daemon is just trying to raise an army for himself.
[00:16:00] So that makes that kind of weakens the blacks and their next biggest dragon they have control over is Cyrax. Who's younger. Um, and Cyrax, frankly, they've made a good point. That's the queen's dragon. And she, you can't afford having her to go fight. If she dies, everybody, the whole claim is done, is done, right? Yeah, they're not giving the claim. They're not putting, yeah, they're not putting the crown on Damon and they're not putting the crown on Jace.
[00:16:29] You know, like, I think maybe the realm can get used to Jace if his mother's on the throne. Yeah. But everybody kind of knows he's a bastard, right? So they're not gonna, the big house is not gonna get behind Jace.
Without his mother being alive. Mm-hmm, yeah. And then the other two dragons they have are small. They got Moondancer and Vermax. These are two small dragons right now.
[00:17:25] They can fight, they can blow fire. They can move quick. But they're not as formidable against a bigger dragon, right? Mm-hmm. And then technically they have two really small dragons that we saw they're carried in boxes. And one is Tyraxes, which is Joffrey's dragon, which we haven't seen on set yet. But I'm sure the dragon's not that big. And we see Stormcloud is like looking like a season two, I mean Game of Thrones type dragon, right? Like just a tiny little dragon. So tiny. That's so tiny, right?
[00:17:54] And so Tyraxes is probably much bigger. Maybe it's like a season three Game of Thrones size, but he ain't that big because if you carry him in one of those little boxes, right? So that's all they got right now. So Melis was a big loss for them. Yeah. Because Melis was a dragon about Tyraxes age. And she used to belong to Daemon and Viserys' yummy mother, you know, delicious tasting mother Alyssa Targaryen. Oh God.
[00:18:22] So yeah, so that was the original Rider of Melis. So now you have six of these dragons that at least before this episode were free, right? The unclaimed you have Seasmoke. And Seasmoke is also, he's relatively young. His first Rider was Laenor, who probably know Laenor could have already been died by now. We don't know. Yeah, we don't know. What happened with Laenor, right? He could have died out there in Esso somewhere, right?
[00:18:52] So we have Seasmoke. He is now bonded. Apparently it looks like he's bonded with Adam of Hull. So that's interesting. And then we have the two big boys in Vermithor and Silverwing. So Vermithor is the second biggest dragon, known dragon in Westeros, right? Vermithor has got a badass nickname, the Bronze Fury.
[00:19:18] They said Vermithor grew at a fast rate. Like he was growing faster than other dragons grew. And he was a mount for, I don't know, 60, 70 years, however long Jaehaerys was alive for. He was, and he was representing the crown, right? So he's this big, badass dragon that grew really fast, representing the old king, the guy that kept peace in the realm for half a century.
[00:19:47] And we've seen Vermithor at the season one when Daemon was singing, singing to the dragon. And Vermithor has battle experience. And Vermithor is a dragon you definitely want on your side because if there's one dragon right now you can say on paper can go fight with against Vhagar is Vermithor. So that's a big one to have.
[00:20:13] And now Silverwing, about the same age, a couple years younger, was put in the cradle of Jaehaerys' sister, which became his wife, Queen Alysanne. Silverwing has an interesting background that Alysanne used to fly her around all around the realm a lot. And they went to the wall a couple of times. And she tried like twice to fly her north of the wall and Silverwing would not fly north of the wall. Yeah. And Alysanne would go with Silverwing everywhere. And Silverwing, that was the only time she ever denied Alysanne anything.
[00:20:43] Something about the wall, she felt that and Silverwing just felt that none of that smoke that's up there. And the other thing that's interesting about Silverwing and Vermithor, much like they're only riders, is that they're known to sleep together in the dragon mount. Even some people have said they're almost like cuddling together, these two dragons. So they're very tight, Vermithor and Silverwing. And they'd be great dragons to have riders on.
[00:21:13] I mean, it's great that Seasmo could be, we don't know right now, is Adam going to Cyrenair? We could assume maybe yes, because Adam wants to impress his father, who's the hand of the king, hand of the queen. But what would happen with Vermithor and Silverwing could really change the time of the war, because it was a really big dragon. And Vermithor, I believe, was seen in one of the episodes this season, I believe.
[00:21:39] Rhaenyra had like went up to him, I want to say, earlier in the season. My question about the free agents, the war dog is, you have these dragons, you need riders, you find a rider. But just because you can ride a dragon, does that also mean you are now equipped to fight on a dragon? Or is there also additional training that these people would have to go through in order to get ready for this? Because the dragon's just pulling up on, you know, like let's just talk about Seasmoak for instance. He pulled up on Adam, Adam gets on Seasmoke, and now Adam is a dragon rider?
[00:22:07] Or just, can Adam just ride a dragon? You know, is there a difference between being the ability to ride a dragon and the ability to fight on a dragon? That is something we'll have to find out. I mean, that's why it's so alarming when Sir Lauren, I think Marbrand, when he went up to Rhaenyra and was like, Hey, by the way, you saw Seasmoak, big deal. We see him all the time. No, no, he was with a rider. Yeah. She was out there right away, right? Grabed Cyrax right away because that's a, wait, what do you mean? There's a rider now? That changed everything, right?
[00:22:37] Because is this rider against me, for me? Does this rider even know what he or she is doing? Yeah. It is very troubling. And Seasmoak has seen war. That's the thing. I think it'll depend on if the dragon has seen war and if the dragon hasn't. And like Seasmoak has seen war. He was, he was with Laenor in the battle of the Stepstones for those three years or so. So Seasmoak is battle tested.
[00:23:03] And some of these other dragons, Vermithor, Silver Ring, they're battle tested as well. Small skirmishes that they're used to. So I think what'll help is if you get these battle tested dragons and, and yeah, it's unexperienced riders, but at least the dragons themselves know what, what battle is. So, you know, the dragon rider can learn on the fly. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:23:32] Question for you. So, so you have, we know, these Targaryens have been trained to ride dragons from their birth, right? So you have like, let's, let's take the two 18, 19 year olds, however the old Bela and Jace are, and they got Vermax, they got Moondancer, they're, they got really tight bonds on them. They know the High Valerian. They're probably good tactically. They're learning how to be tactically, tactically strong.
[00:24:00] But what do you, would you rather have them with those two small dragons or some, you know, Yahoo that jumps on Vermithor and has got Vermithor, got the bronze fury or got Seasmoak who's fought battles. That's what's really scary about handing these weapons of mass destruction to somebody. You need them. But like, who are you handing these keys to the, to the Lamborghini to?
[00:24:25] Yeah. No, that's a good point. I mean, uh, Aegon, uh, we saw him on a dragon. Wasn't great. You know, it didn't end up great for Aegon. Uh, but then we saw Aemon go and claim the biggest and baddest dragon around and he seemed to be doing fine. Uh, you know, and so, uh, and he got the dragon during times of peace. So we know it's not like Aemon, Aemon was out fighting a bunch of wars with, uh, Vhagar, you know? So I think that you kind of, at some point, like Mario said, you kind of have to trust the dragon, you know, it's kind of battle tested. It's not going to just let you get it whooped up.
[00:24:54] Um, now whether or not the writer actually survives at that point might be a different question, but I think the dragon might be what you have to lean on in that situation. I, I really would love to be a fly on the wall and I guess we will get to see it next episode when Rhaenyra pulls up, uh, trying to figure out who this, uh, who this is on Seasmoak and basically sees Laenor from a distance because, uh, that's his brother.
[00:25:16] He got long hair. She, you don't have to double take for a second. Like, wait, what are you doing here? And then she going to realize something's off, something's wrong, something's different. What happened? Uh, because it's just now hitting me that the last person who wrote Seasmoak on was her husband. And so when she pulls up, she goes to see her husband's brother. That's true. Yeah. I mean, that's, we'll see. That's, that's what it looks like. Yeah. And I looked at, I did look it up. It does look like, uh, Vhagar is a sheet dragon. So my bad. Yeah. Okay.
[00:25:45] Yeah. Yeah. Is Vhagar the mother of, of, of Dreamfire or we don't know? Yeah. Dreamfire, Vermithor, Silverwing, and Sheepstealer. And Silverwing and Sheepstealer. So which is a good segue. Now, now we've got our three wild dragons, uh, Chappelle, and one of them is Sheepstealer. And we know just from the clues they gave us, that's who was at the veil. Yeah. Because the first thing they showed us was a burned sheep. Yeah. Yeah. So Sheep, Sheepstealer is about the same age.
[00:26:14] She comes from the same clutch as, as Vermithor, Dreamfire and, and Silverwing. And she, uh, Sheepstealer is described as a, yeah, very big, as an ugly brown mud dragon. He's big. Yes. I don't know what this source is though. So it's just. No, no, no. And again, yeah, he's big and he's never had a rider. Never had a rider. Yeah. Um, and he's, and he's known to go around and burn and eat sheeps.
[00:26:43] And that's, so he's got a name because sometimes what happened was it was too many eggs and more than enough for Targaryens. And some of these eggs kind of like, they just lost track of these dragons. They didn't have a dragon pit back then. So, so these eggs are just kind of like these dragons kind of find their own way and, and they become, eventually they become wild. And then once they're wild, I mean, Sheepstealer is about, uh, I don't know, probably 90 years old, give or take something about at this time.
[00:27:11] And now you just ain't going to try to claim them. You might as well take a new egg or somebody, or maybe your father or uncle's egg, like, like Damon claimed his uncle's dragon. And in reverse, Rhaenys claimed her aunt's dragon. So it was like, they kind of switched lines or you get it. You don't go try to get a 90 year old wild dragon, but that's what Sheepstealer is. So she's a very big dragon, not as big as Vermithor, but probably up there with Silverwing and Dreamfire, his siblings.
[00:27:38] And, um, and Sheepstealer is in the Vale apparently right now, because I guess with this war going on, maybe there's not enough Sheep and Dragonstone. And, and they're, they're, um, you know, he's looking for new areas. That's one of these wild dragons. Uh, the second of these three wild dragons is one called Grey Ghost, who's a younger dragon. Maybe like, uh, around like Cyrax and, uh, and Seasmoke's age.
[00:28:04] Uh, thing about Grey Ghost, they don't know much about him because Grey Ghost is very, I think it's a he, but he's very shy. And when he had the name, because he just, he's like, not that he's afraid of people, but he's always like, he doesn't like to be around anybody or anything. Or he's always kind of like, oh, so like, even if you want to claim him, he's gonna be tough to claim because it's, it's just not, he's a very shy dragon. Mm-hmm.
[00:28:28] And then that leaves us the last one and maybe one of my favorites in the books, uh, the dragon called the cannibal. Mm-hmm. Okay. And this dragon's all black, uh, green eyes, and he's given the name the cannibal because he's known to eat dragon eggs and other small dragons. Okay. Okay. Uh, he's, he's a very hostile dragon. He's, it's unknown how old he is.
[00:28:57] The maesters argue, some say that he came, maybe came from a, a clutch around the time of Dreamfire and Vermithor. Yeah. Some maesters say that he's older, uh, than Vhagar Meraxes and that he was already on Dragonstone before they even got there. So he could be 200 some years old. And some people say, no, that's not true because Valerian was about 200 when he died.
[00:29:23] And then, but Valerian is the only dragon they know about that died of like old age because everything that happened to Valerian, all those scrolls in history got lost in Valerian. Mm-hmm. So a lot of these maesters, they don't really know because they just don't know how old the dragon is supposed to live. So if they're going by saying that Valerian is the age, then there's no way that Cannibal could be older. So this was, Cannibal's very mysterious, but some people say, no, Cannibal was right there.
[00:29:48] And that's why he's so, um, hostile to other dragons because he's from a different dragon breed. Yeah. Because Dragonstone was built by a different dragon family. It wasn't built by Targaryens. Targaryens got the, the, the, the Dragon Mount and the Dragonstone castle was already built. Targaryens kind of parked there. So, so you got Cannibal and just by his name, I think it would make him the least likely to, to, to, to somebody want to claim.
[00:30:16] I mean, he, this guy eats other dragons. He probably gonna eat people too, but that's who's on. So, so now we got one chest piece off the board with Seasmoke. So those are the five dragons that are still left to be claimed. You got Vermithor, Silverwing, Cheap Steeler, Grey Ghost, and the Cannibal. All right. So, listen, that's right right now. Yeah. Listen, these dragons have now been divided up in, in like a civil war. They all look seemingly related in a lot of ways.
[00:30:46] You know, and we see that they don't really matter. Once it's time to fight, they're just going to go with whoever their rider is. We had some questions a couple episodes ago about if the familial bond between these dragons actually affected the way they fight. And based on what you said, it doesn't sound like it. It sounds like whoever is going to be riding the dragon gets the control of the dragon. Kind of like a Pokemon, you know, like I choose you. We're together. So if we got to go pull up on Vhagar, we got to go jump Vhagar. That's just what we got to do.
[00:31:15] And based on what everybody's saying, it does sound like they're going to have to jump Vhagar at some point. You know, it's not going to be a one-on-one battle to take out Vhagar. It might be a couple of these smaller dragons or the faster dragons. They were talking about quickness and agility versus Vhagar. She's big and slow, but she also is a baddie. You know what I'm saying? It's going to be hard to kill her. And so I would love to see how this all pans out once we get some of these dragon seeds to have their own dragons. And so I'm very excited for that. I was going to ask if you have any predictions.
[00:31:45] No, my big prediction is not. I don't have any predictions about the fighting. My prediction is more like the time. No, no, no. But the dragon riders. But the dragon, like who's claiming dragons? Do you have any predictions? Yeah. So I don't know who is claiming who. But I do know that we got a few bastards out here who could potentially ride a dragon. We've seen the hammer. That guy had been wandering around with the small folks this entire time. He just pushed somebody down for some vegetables in this episode.
[00:32:16] Thank you so much. And they don't tell us why. So obviously he has. I was like, I knew in this one when Darkman walked in. I was like, he ain't going to ride that dragon because we don't know who he is. You know, he's barely got any content. He got more content than a lot of the people in the small council. Well, Darklyn was with her when she was the scepter. And I still have seen Hugh more than him. You know what I'm saying? So I know Hugh probably going to try to roll up on one of these dragons. He looks Targaryen, doesn't he?
[00:32:44] Yeah, he's got blonde hair. So it could happen. I know we had all the drunk slash the white walking around talking about he's a Targaryen. I could see him really falling into that same lane as Darklyn, you know, where he thought he was a Targaryen and then finding out viciously that he is not. But as far as some of these other dragons go, I don't think I have a good enough knowledge of all of the bastards. I think I'm waiting on all the known Targaryens and Valerians to find their dragons. Like I'm still waiting on Rhaena to get hers.
[00:33:13] You know, there's still like y'all brought up the twins, but only one of them is surviving. We don't see that for a while. It's a baby. I'm still waiting out to see who else pops up as potential dragon riders. Yeah, we've seen we've we've met all of the dragon riders. So, OK, well, that's going to be fun. And I'm excited to talk about that. But we will have to wrap this up. Yeah. Well, look, we have to wrap this up.
[00:33:42] But I am going to be very excited to talk about the dragons moving forward because now I have a better feeling about, you know, like kind of how they got here. Who has who and how we can divide this fight into the middle. Honestly, I'm probably going to make this a two part podcast and make sure that we have like a dragon explanation podcast as well, because I think this is a really cool conversation that everybody's going to want to hear. And I'll be happy to post that on our YouTube page as well. But Mari, the war dog. It's been a great talk. We do have to wrap up the book corner here. But the war dog.
[00:34:12] Tell everybody where they can find you, what you got going on. Me, I got nothing going on. I only do Twitter, man. So I'm at I am the war dog. Survivor was a great experience. It was a bucket list experience. I've been a fan since season one. It was fun to do. But right now I'm just just grinding away at my little law career, man. Just trying to make one day at a time and finding times to enjoy things like this show. This show is the show, the books. It's really interesting.
[00:34:41] And I love me some baseball and basketball. But other than that, I appreciate y'all. I really appreciate all those all your tweeting, Chappelle. Twitter is my only social media. You definitely keep me entertained. And Mari, it's been nice connecting with you on Twitter after this show going on. And it's nice to – Chappelle, we did meet once at Zaddy Isaiah's party. Yeah. We met in person once. So Mari, it's nice to meet you virtually. Maybe we'll see each other one day. Yeah.
[00:35:11] And so that's pretty much it. And I'll continue to listen to y'all talk about this show. And then maybe we'll jump on an episode next season. We'll talk about this again in two years from now. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show. We'll talk about this show.
