[00:00:51] Wassupfam Snowfall, I'm sorry, The Drop colon A Snowfall Saga. One day Mari, one day we're gonna get the name of this right. There was like two or three weeks in a row that you had it. I was on it y'all. The Drop: A Snowfall Saga Season 1 is over. We are just getting started here on Recap Kickback. It's me your host Chappell and I am so excited to talk to you about this finale episode, Season 1 Episode 8, Hercules.

[00:01:17] And with me, of course, you've already heard her in the background, but right here my co-host for all things Snowfall and The Drop. It is Mari Forth. Mari, welcome back. We're back. It is over for now. Um, man. Um, hate to see you leave, but I love to see you walk away. Uh, what everybody would be saying to Wanda and The Drop is No Full Saga. Definitely what I'm saying to Wanda.

[00:01:42] Um, this was great. This has been a great eight weeks of television. Uh, I'm sorry it's coming to an end for us here, our coverage. However, there's no other person I'd rather do this with. I'm glad we were able to do this. I had so much fun. And, you know, hopefully we'll be reunited talking about The Drop colon A Snowfall Saga. Yes. Uh, Mari, you sent me an interesting article today.

[00:02:12] Uh, do you have that with you? Uh, yes. Uh, the showrunner, Mike something or other, said that he... Yep, that's him. Yeah, that's his guy. That's his last name. Uh, he said that he has multiple seasons, uh, Malcolm Spellman. Malcolm Spellman says that he has multiple seasons planned out for The Drop. So, uh, he's eyeing at least two to three seasons.

[00:02:40] Um, and he said this is basically just an amuse-bouche of where The Drop is. He said this was just a, a, like a light teaser, an appetizer, if you will. Um, and that, um, uh, Malcolm Spellman, again, the showrunner says this is just the beginning of the series. Um, and that, uh, he has plans. Yeah, he says he has plans for the next few seasons.

[00:03:06] Uh, he says he's not worried, uh, even though, cause The Drop has not been officially renewed yet. But he said he's not worried because he's very confident based on the feedback and all of that. And so, um, he, he's already set up for at least seasons two and three. So, if everything goes the way that Malcolm wants it to go, we're looking at hopefully at least two more seasons.

[00:03:35] I need that. I need that. I need that. Um, yeah, this has been a journey of a season. I've seen mixed reviews throughout this, uh, throughout the season online. But for the most part, I think everybody's pretty happy with the finale. If you're not happy with the, let us know in the comments for sure. YouTube.com slash recap kickback. Uh, cause I'm enjoying the feedback we've been getting.

[00:03:56] Uh, we got a comment in, uh, the YouTube comments that I really want to flag up because I, when I first read it, I didn't know how to feel, but, um, I think this person was onto something. So, um, Angelica dash W four zero or W four O says Leon's character is contradictory because if he's really trying to prevent a war, why is he sleeping with Dara? She's on top of the food chain for the reds. So why is he having intimacy with her? He's going to definitely be conflicted.

[00:04:25] And remember James is blue. It just doesn't make sense. Honestly, at first I was like, well, you know, with the order of operations, he's trying to stay out of it, but that doesn't matter. Because I think Angelica's onto something in this episode, Dara will ask Leon basically the same question. And I want to get into all of that and more, but first Mari, I have my cup. Do you have yours?

[00:04:45] I do. Yes. Yay. Um, no, I'm not, I'm not about to sip it right in the middle of that. Uh, and if you want your very own custom Tumblr, you can go to Mari crafts too much to like the number two dot big cartel.com.

[00:05:02] In order to get your, uh, cup again, all orders, uh, submitted before December 1st are guaranteed shipping, um, by, uh, Christmas. So the sooner, the better I can put anything on a cup right now. I have football teams up. I have, uh, uh, I I'm working on, uh, uh, I can't say that I'm working on. There's professional football teams up there.

[00:05:28] There are collegiate football teams up and I'm working on professional basketball teams as well, but also there's all sorts of book themed, uh, Tumblers on there. Uh, I think I, I'm pretty sure I still have some, um, big brother stuff on there, just a whole bunch of stuff. So go check it out. He, he, the rivalry, but all that could, all that to say, you can always get your own, very own custom Tumblr.

[00:05:52] Like a lot of our listeners here, shout out to Dunny, shout out to Jeremy, shout out to everybody who has, um, trusted and trusted me to make them some cups. So, uh, if you want for this holiday season, a custom cup made by me by hand, just me, be two hands. Uh, again, go to Mari crafts too much. Big cartel.com and recap kickback listeners, get an extra 10% off using the, uh, code recap.

[00:06:20] Yeah. Oh, also wait, wait, wait, wait. Also, if you're looking at our wonderful YouTube page, I have our, uh, crime scene shirt on, um, the, the custom crime scene shirts from the Milwaukee, uh, rehab con. We are also selling those now on my website. So if you want crime scene merch, my other podcast, specifically t-shirts, we are doing a t-shirt presale, uh, from now until November 21st.

[00:06:49] So you can go and order a, um, a crime scene shirts. It'll have the crime scene logo on the front and then on the back, it'll have what's your true crime origin story. I'm, I'm wearing a version of that in this video right now. So yeah. All right. Yeah. I have crime scene cup that has that exact same logo on it. It's really cool. And so I strongly recommend that anybody who wants one go out and get one. Cause Mari's doing a lot of good work selling these products.

[00:07:18] And of course we're trying to support our girls. So make sure you go and sign up and get you one of those, um, the women's basketball season. And, um, I'm just saying the champs might want to be celebrated. So, um, you know, not to say that just, just know Mari can put anything on a cup. Okay. So anything on a cup, you can put anything on a cup. Um, so yeah, make sure you check out Mari, uh, crafts too much.

[00:07:42] And then, uh, let us know if you got you a cup now, I think that's enough table setting for, for today. Let's get into the episode Mari. We had some big moments, but I think the headline is that Wanda did it. She got them out of their contract. They are no longer under the thumb of DG.

[00:08:00] And now she's playing hardball with the record company. She has her masters or she has, uh, you know, Lamar's masters, but she was able to pull off what people would have said was impossible. She pretty much got out of her three 60 deal. Yeah. The old fashioned way I'm trying to, I was wondering if you would know this has to be a reference. I know we've had it. We've, we've always talked about.

[00:08:26] There's been, uh, rappers kind of like jacking up their, their, uh, their, uh, record labels to try and get out of the deal, like physically altercated altercations. But I was wondering if there was ever somebody who stole the masters. This feels very familiar, but I can't remember, but yes. So Wanda Lamar James, they, uh, they had to scheme to, uh, the, the albums coming out, the albums out.

[00:08:55] They did their first run of copies and DG stupidly bragging in front of Wanda told her, showed her basically where the masters were and about how the masters work. So they, it was a, it was almost like a heist. They, it was, it was a heist movie where, uh, they go and they jacked the masters because they have no leverage because at the beginning of the episode, DG tells Wanda she's fired.

[00:09:22] Lamar and artillery would essentially be locked into these contracts. And it seems like DG and, uh, what's the white lady name again? I always, Jenny, Jenny don't really have plans to really use them. So instead of them, like, for instance, Meg the stallion being, um, signed to J Prince, we're not going to talk too much about that.

[00:09:45] Um, they, so they steal the masters so that they now have leverage for them to release them out of their contracts. And they do, they get free. And this is the moment Chappelle that I thought about all of our early season predictions. So I was like, well, now you make your own record label, right?

[00:10:05] Whether you want to or not, because Wanda is moving wild in this episode. She lucky she fine because the way she had this scheme cooked up and executed it to a T, we have to really take you to, through the chess moves that Wanda was making here because as she's getting pushed out, she realizes that they need those masters.

[00:10:24] Now they're still on the contract. So there's not really much you could do with those masters, but the masters are not the problem. She needs DG to show Jenny who he is. Uh, there's a moment where Jenny and Wanda are talking and it's a very interesting conversation. Cause from Jenny's point of view, Wanda left her high and dry. You know, Wanda does not have the upper hand in that conversation when it comes to who betrayed who Jenny was asking Wanda to support her throughout.

[00:10:48] But Wanda is noticing that she's kind of backed up against the wall and she knows how to play hardball. So she tells Jenny, you got, you're playing a wild game with some interesting people out here. Right. And you're not used to how they move. These are my type of people. I know how to move with them.

[00:11:05] And so, although you think you can do business with them, I have the ability to push them over the edge. And that's exactly what she does after stealing the, um, the masters, she ends up being confronted by DG. I mean, she does call the meeting so he can basically sign, um, the contract, basically letting them out of their contract. But again, under duress, there's really nothing that you could do. Like legally, he could just take it to court and be like, they stole the masters. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's not really, that's not really legally binding.

[00:11:35] Like sign somebody under duress. Uh, but, but it doesn't matter. She doesn't want him to sign it. It doesn't even matter that he's going to sign it. What she wants Jenny to see is that DG is a loose cannon and a crazy person. And also he's a street dude. And so he going to act like that every time. And so, although they're talking business, DG cannot see past the red in his eyes that he sees whenever he sees Wanda. He's so upset that she basically made a fool out of him and is talking mad noise.

[00:12:00] And she is poking the bear constantly until he finally hits her upside the head with a vase. And at that point, Jenny knows I got to sever ties. I can't be in business with DG. So now DG is out and he's out for blood. Fast forward to his next move, which would be to go after the people who made this possible. He needs to go after Dara. He needs to go after Wanda. He needs to go after Leon. Well, guess what? But it's a setup. They go after Dara and Leon is right there ready to bust a cap.

[00:12:31] Wanda basically made it to where Jenny would drop DG. DG and D would potentially end up dead. And maybe even Dara would get put out of the picture. And the only person who sees how Wanda is moving is Leon. And I've said it once. I'll say it a million times, Mari. He loves her dirty draws. That woman is playing in his face left and right. And he is just getting worked like a stripper pole.

[00:12:55] I mean, this was an ultimate like this was a scheme set up by Todd. Right. For the chess. It truly was. Yeah, because I didn't see I didn't see past just the first step. And I was like, yeah, get the mask. You know, I didn't see her like her poking the DG thing. I didn't see the dominoes with Jenny falling.

[00:13:21] I didn't think about her knowing how DG would respond, even though throughout the whole episode, she was dropping hints about it. She was like she was saying it. She was saying like I she said I learn how to read people when they think they are using you. Those are like words directly out of her mouth. Like it. Yeah, it took me a minute to be like, oh, shoot.

[00:13:45] She really did get all of this because she knew that if she put them into enough trouble that the old Lee would step out, he would he would show himself. The gangster would be back. And he did. He had to protect his everybody protected everybody. She even put a wedge between Lee and Dara. But she almost put a hit out on Dara.

[00:14:15] Yes. I mean, it was I don't think it was like and it was in it wasn't intentional, but it was like so everything else was intentional. Not collateral. OK, everything else was intentional, but not the not DG coming after Dara with the gun. And that's not she couldn't have seen that happening. I don't think so. She couldn't. I don't think it was collateral damage. It was like it was set up, but it was already a set up set up.

[00:14:44] So she knew she'd be fine. You know, she knew. But if she wasn't. But if she wasn't, it'd be cool. You got to break. I mean, you got to break a few eggs to make an omelet. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. They were on the same page about it. They knew they was going. I don't think she knew that she could die. Yeah, that's true, because even Leon was like, do you understand you in danger? Yeah. She did it because she didn't see what Wanda was doing. Wanda was trying to get all these people out the paint.

[00:15:12] DG, Dara, D, all of them out the paint. And it was a really good plan. And like you said, a scheme that Todd could come at y'all with the bullshit. And it happened. And I'm very proud of Wanda for being able to pull it off. But it's a messy, messy game that lady's playing. It is. It is. And can I just say, Dara, throughout this episode, it was so interesting, my thoughts about Dara, other than like, damn, she's fine.

[00:15:39] But like, really, she was like, seeing how kind of vulnerable she was the whole episode was so interesting that I was convinced she was going to die. I think I said midway through to James, I was like, ooh, I think Dara finna die. Like, I think she's finna die. So like, so they did a really good job when like, DG was following her. I was like, no. Like, I was sitting there. I was like, because like, Dara started off as a character that I'm like, we shouldn't like her, right?

[00:16:09] You know what I'm saying? Like, but then I had to keep remembering, reminding myself, oh yeah, she did put hands on DG first. Because even Lee said, Lee said, this is your fault. You started it. I keep forgetting that she was the one who started it. But you could just tell she was like, why would you, why would you even like, get with someone like me? Like, just to see how vulnerable she was between like, Wanda really getting into her head. Her head. Like, she was like, Dara was like, I really don't like, like lying to him.

[00:16:39] And Wanda was like, well, he still ain't telling you about Keith. Who lying to who? And so much so that then Dara goes to Leon and it's quite clearly fishing about Keith's death. And still from the moment that Leon does not tell her about Keith's death, you could just see that Dara is, again, she's very vulnerable.

[00:17:03] It seems like she really, really had like feelings for Leon because when they have that, that second to last chat, when he informs her that she's in danger, she's, she's like, well, why you tell her, but not tell me? You know what I'm saying? Like, what is this? And he's like, I don't know. And I was like. He knew. He knew. I felt that's what I'm saying. And that's what I'm saying. And it's like, why?

[00:17:30] Like, you're making me feel bad for Dara in this moment because a lot of us women, a lot of people can, can understand this, this, this interaction. Like, what are we? Are we kicking it? Are we not? I don't know why your ex is in the picture. It's just like, oh, so it was so good. Dara has been such a, like a really good character for me.

[00:17:57] And this whole episode was a perfect arc for her, to be quite honest. And, and Wanda really knew who to push in this episode, pushing DG, pushing Dara. Hell, she even had to push Lamar's, Lamar. Him too. Yeah. Yeah. The scene you're talking about with Dara and Leon on the porch, that's even a part of Wanda's plan, right?

[00:18:25] Because Dara is having this conversation with Leon, but it's a distraction. She's buying time. So Wanda can go off and do this thing. So she's like asking a bunch of questions, but Lee is trying to get to Wanda. That's why he's like, y'all are in danger. Why are you not? What aren't you? What's not clicking? You know what I'm saying? And she's hitting him with all the hard hitting questions. Why did you get with someone like me? Why is Wanda your ex? Why does all your work deal with gangsters? As if this ain't you, that goes back to Angelica's comment on YouTube.

[00:18:53] Leon, for somebody who wants to get out of the game, you're letting them pull you back in. You know, you could very easily cut off Wanda, but you don't. You know, you could very easily cut off J Loco, but he's always, we see him sitting in your office chilling. You don't have to consort with these types of people, right? You don't have to do this, Leon. But I think a part of him, a tiny part of him, and probably a larger part now that this episode is over, has not left that mentality. It's like as far, as hard as he's trying to pull away from it, as he's trying to get his

[00:19:21] legal clinic, he's trying to get his girl and settle down. He's still doing things that are keeping him adjacent to this type of energy because he does have free will, right? Like Wanda, she's got a mouth on her. She can talk him into doing most things. But he doesn't have to go with it, right? Like they're not together. It's not like, you know, and she tries. She pulls that out of her like, well, Leon, you were supposed to be there for me. You were supposed to do X, Y, Z. I wanted him to say so bad, you are not my girl. But he could do it. He can't.

[00:19:51] He physically cannot tell her that. And so that's when she starts really leaning in on the old Leon would have took care of me. The old Leon would have ran all the people off. The old Leon would have took out the hood under his wing and blah, blah, blah. And he's sitting there like, I don't want to be the old Leon. I don't want that life. But I don't want your life. I don't want your life. But here we are. And by the end of the episode, Mari, Leon is back. The old Leon is back.

[00:20:21] Yeah. And not only, but it's okay. Not only is the old Leon back, but as much as we're mad at Wanda, because James had the exact same reaction. He was like, oh my God. Like, he was like. This is, yeah. This is, what is that? It's like ghosting, uh, ghosting Tasha. You know, like he like, I would like to go start a club and, and settle down with this mistress. Why can't you just let me be happy? And she's like, you going to be a gangster.

[00:20:50] But I don't want to, I don't want to be a gangster. I hate, I hate ghosts. Don't even bring them up. But it felt like very much shades of like the last few seasons of Snowfall with Leon, because remember when Leon first came back from Africa, he's like, man, we killing each other. Yeah. This is what the white man want. We was kings. Yeah. Yeah. And he had to get back into the game because again, big D was running the hood horribly.

[00:21:17] So Leon had, so it's like Leon has, this is not his first time trying to leave. And so, but again, not only is Wanda saying, I need the old Leon, where's the old Leon? But Dara was kind of saying the same thing too. You know what I'm saying? She's like, you know what this is. This is what I want. I want a gangster. Like, it's like everybody, even, um, big, um, Papa G, whatever his name. Sure. Big daddy. Big daddy.

[00:21:44] Even he was like, Leon promised that Lamar is not going to die. And the, uh, big daddy tells this whole story about him killing a sheriff and all this stuff. I'm not going to recount it. I was like, okay, cool. Whatever. Sure. Great. Great. Um, but even he is saying, so don't lose a night of sleep for protecting people that you love. So I'm like, everybody is telling Leon, like, be the old you, be the old you. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay.

[00:22:14] Are we not surprised that he ended up like that? We shouldn't be, you know what I'm saying? We shouldn't be, but this is not his fault. Like when Leon, like if, if something happens to Leon, I'm blaming all y'all. I'm putting cases on all units. Like, you know what I'm saying? Cause at the end of the day, at the end of the day, this man was trying to live his best life. And he was out here trying to defend people. He was losing cases, throwing money away. But now Wanda's like, but I want to be in the music industry. So you got to kill people for me. And he's like, all right. You know?

[00:22:44] Uh, and in the meantime, big daddy, like, yeah, Leon, you need to protect James who is forced to protect Lamar. Thus, if Lamar does something stupid, James has to protect him and Leon, you got to protect him. That's it. This is crazy. This is crazy. Hey daddy. You didn't have no issue catching the body when it was the sheriff. Why don't you protect James and Lamar? Since you, since you know all the damn answers. I was like, God dang it. They can't let that man live. No, not at all.

[00:23:10] I want 18 million protectors and still not doing anything that they say. Pissing me off every day. Um, but to, to Lamar's credit, this was a big episode for him and just atoning, I guess, uh, for some of the things he's done apologizing for being a grade a asshole. You know, you can make as many, uh, excuses for him as you want throughout the season, because obviously he's young. He's out, he's a fish out of water.

[00:23:37] He might have some, you know, cognitive, uh, differences in these people as well. So we're like, all right, we'll give him a little bit of grace, but grace been gone. When, when Lamar was like, I want to make it up to everybody. I want to make it up to big day. I want to make it up to mama G. I want to make it up to James. I'm sitting at home like, well, when you go make it up to me? Cause I've been pissed since episode two. I've been mad since episode one. When you, when am I going to forgive you Lamar? Uh, because it seemed like artillery came around on him. We found out Lamar got hit.

[00:24:07] He didn't just get punched tomorrow. Sorry. No, they beat the hell out of him. They beat the brakes out of him. He, his arm was in a sling. Yeah. Everything was busted. And it was, I think it was kind of, it was a respect moment. Artillery respected him. He got a little bit more respect from James. It's kind of like a jumping in almost type thing. And I guess Lamar himself has now feel what it felt to be on that other end.

[00:24:34] But, uh, I mean, at least he got something for that beating, right? A little bit of respect, a little bit of respect, but also I think it kind of knocks some sense into him, you know, cause he is on his apology tour. He's telling everybody that he needs to do better. And he understands that, you know, he shouldn't have reacted like that when he found out about his mom and you know, he has been standing in the way of all the business ventures, right? If you just want to do music, then just do music. But when it's time for us to sign contracts and submit over the, the, the

[00:25:03] masters and the edits and all kinds of stuff, you got to play ball. Um, I wanted to ask him a really good question. She said, what have you ever had my back this season? And the answer is never. There has not been one time where she needed him. He showed up for her. There have been times where he has, his talent has been useful to her, but when it's push come to shove, Wanda has thrown away relationship after relationship whereas Jenny with DG as well, in a certain extent for Lamar, Lamar has not reciprocated that at all.

[00:25:33] And so I was happy that he finally was owning up to it. Yeah, exactly. And so you were right. He finally got enough beatings for the sins to be knocked into it. I'm not saying whoopings work. Maybe not for kids, but for grownups, whoopings work. Don't hit your kids, but hit your adults. I'm joking. Don't hit anybody's kids. Adults.

[00:25:59] We do see Lamar still reluctantly go along in this Masters plan because he's technically still the only one who is, he's not on good terms with DG, but he should still be allowed access to the building because he is still under contract. So he has to be a part of this plan to Jack Masters and he is really not feeling it.

[00:26:24] It's that whole neurodivergent morality, black or white morality type thing, you know, that's kind of common amongst neurodivergent folks. It's they see everything very black and white, the rules, you know, being good versus bad. So yes, to be clear, this is bad. Like neurodivergent otherwise. This is bad. That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying.

[00:26:52] This is he is doing something bad. So because of this, that that ultimate morality code is peaking out because he's like, I don't like doing bad things. And that's what tends to happen. No, no. This is bad. This is bad. Make no mistake. It's messed up because it's like the music game should not be so gangster. Like the white people keep trying to tell Jenny that they're like, your dad is concerned about something. She's like, what difference is this from the rock and roll? It's like, it's a little different.

[00:27:21] It's a little different. I mean, she not wrong though. Cause they still over there with the drugs and the groupies. They doing drugs, but are they thugging? When was the last time a hairband was in a shootout on a street corner? You know what I'm saying? Don't gotta be in a shootout. It's not all about shootouts. Okay. When was the last time they robbed somebody and left them in their panty drawers on the street corner?

[00:27:49] You know, I haven't watched VH1's 100 Shocking Moments. I don't know. I don't know their lives. So, you know, it's been a minute. So, yeah, it's been a minute. I'm not saying gangsta stuff don't go down on both sides, but this goes back to what Wanda was saying is that look at the pieces you're playing with. These are crash outs. These people are not known for making good decisions and making measured decisions.

[00:28:16] They are telling DG throughout this season, you have made it. You have money. You are now successful. And he like, I gotta kill him. You know what I'm saying? Like he can't turn off the kill switch. He is standing there next to a lawyer and a music executive. And he's like, I'm going to assault Wanda right now. And there's nothing. It's a room full of people, witnesses and everybody. And he did not care. It was crazy. And a nice building with see-through walls and everything. I was like, sir. Six people in the room with him.

[00:28:45] And he did not care. Sir, that ego. Crazy. I was really. When he hit her over the head, I looked in the background. I was like, did you see that? Did y'all see that? You did that in front of everybody up in here. Don't care. He's a crash out. And sometimes crash outs act like this. I made the reference to The Wire last episode, but it's the same. You know, Stringer Bell was really trying to. Oh, yeah. We're going to start a real estate.

[00:29:14] And we're going to do a co-op and all this other stuff. And people like Marlo Stanfield are like, or we're going to be gangsters. And that's it. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's it. Do we need the money? No. We've made a ton of money. We actually don't know what to do with the money. But we are gangsters. We are naughty by nature, as they say. And so this is what we know how to do. And so it's not a shock that people like DG are acting like this. And it's also not a shock that somebody like Leon has crawled back into his old habits.

[00:29:41] We see Jay Loco, you know, who apparently left his life behind. But faced with the opportunity to save Lamar or to keep, you know, Lamar out of trouble. Jay Loco is the one who goes in there with that gun on that record executive. Or I think his name was, hey, it wasn't Clarence. Some would have seen it. It was the security guard. Was he an executive? I thought he was having a security guard. I feel like he works there. I don't know what he does. But yeah, I don't know if he had a security.

[00:30:11] He's the one who pulled the gun. And I think that this is something that Lamar is not really expecting, right? I think Lamar is like, I want to do the music. And then when he starts to see what Wanda has in place, right, where people are getting pistol whipped in front of him, I don't think he signed up for that in his mind. Well, he better realize that's what he signed up for. Get it together. Get it together. You in it now. Wanda's plan started with DJ Block because she goes to him and she's like, ah, okay, I'm a talented A&R.

[00:30:41] Hook me up. Put me down with the people. And he's like, you're a woman and you ain't really got no credits to your name. Yeah, Back to the Hood is big, but that's it. And it doesn't really belong to you. So you don't even have the artists to come with you, right? Like they're still signed to DG. So her idea is, of course, to get the masters or at least the surface level ideas to get the masters so that she can take them to DJ Block. Now, she does think that is a possibility, but Jenny and her lawyers have shut that down by the end of this because why wouldn't they?

[00:31:12] Because why wouldn't they? Again, Wanda is playing some street games in a corporate world and these two things don't match. Somebody earlier in the season said, you're either going to get the money or you're going to have the war. And Wanda's like, what if we had a war for the money? For the money. Yeah. Both of them. Uh-huh. Exactly. Both of them. Yeah. Um, and I thought that was, I wish they kind of expounded on that just a tad bit more, but I got it. I got the gist of it.

[00:31:42] Like Jenny was like, Jenny was like, oh, you thought I wouldn't find out about DJ Block? Oh yeah. I called every record label. Um, but it was like, well, what did you call them and say? I think she said her lawyers called all the record labels, if I'm not mistaken. But what would have mattered if, if Wanda got their release, like she did, and then they went to the record labels? Like it has nothing to do with the overlapping contract with Jenny. You know what I'm saying?

[00:32:11] Like, I don't know. I was just like, okay, she's a white woman, white woman-ing. She pulled those strings to try and keep them out or whatever. I mean, yes. Yes. But yes and, right? Right. Um, so Wanda moving records like this, Mari would make her a liability to any label because what happens when Wanda wants to get out of her next deal? True, true, true, true, true, true. But this was, was this before, was this after she got out of the deal? This was after the masters?

[00:32:39] This is, this is after she stole the masters, right? Cause when she comes in, Jenny's like, you thought you were gonna come in and kick some ass, didn't you? Yeah. It was after she stole the masters, but before they made the deal for it though. Um, no, this is, this is the last time Jenny and Wanda talk. So this is their last conversation. So this is their last conversation when, but when Wanda walks out, she hits her with the call me when you're ready to make a deal. Call me when you're ready to make a deal. Okay. Yeah. All right. But yeah, this is the thing.

[00:33:10] Like, uh, Wanda is being like iced out, but she's telling Jenny, I have the product. I have what's hot on the street. She compared it to the dope game. She says, when you got, when you got the package, you are in control. And so she's like, I got the hottest thing out here. You're going to want it. So stop playing with me because somebody is going to make an offer. Jenny ultimately tells her, go fuck yourself. Um, but Wanda leaves her with a keep underestimating, uh, underestimating, uh, underestimating me. And I don't think Jenny underestimates Wanda.

[00:33:40] I just think she doesn't realize the length that Wanda will go to, to make stuff happen. Um, now. Yeah. I thought this was a cool moment. Cause like, we get that shot of Jenny standing up and Wanda standing up. And it was like, they're telling us like, oh, this is like Jenny is now going to be the adversary for Wanda going forward. See, and I don't even know if that landed on that because I think Wanda's correct. That's what I thought. Well, you know, I hear you, but I think Wanda's correct.

[00:34:09] I think she does have the package. I think that Jenny, if Jenny wants to be successful, she's going to come crawling back because I don't see another artillery laying around. Now, maybe tiptoe might be free. Yeah. Um, unclear. Is DG alive? Oh, I have no clue. I, I, I don't know, man.

[00:34:33] Uh, I mean, we know he got beat the hell up, but my, my, my gut was telling me, oh, he did, you know? I kind of think so too. Cause you can't let him walk away from what just happened. I mean, what's stopping him from just like crashing out even more, you know, he goes home, gets his guns and just start shooting everybody. You kind of have to kill him. Right. And that's what I think. I think Leon kills, uh, Dion.

[00:35:02] He kills D like a gangster, shoots him a couple of times, stares him in his eyes as the lights go out. Had to make sure. Had to make sure. And then, um, yeah. Hmm. Crazy work. Uh, and then, and then delivers DG to the bloods because remember DG is the one who ordered the hit on Keith.

[00:35:27] So the bloods are getting their pound of flesh with their, with them beating up on him. So, yeah, I don't, I don't see how he walks away from this. So, yeah, I think he did. I say, yeah, he, he did. I say, you, he did. Um, there's the moment where Jenny and Wanda are talking and they're going back and forth about business. And Jenny says, how am I supposed to do business with someone like you? And Wanda says, same as everybody else.

[00:35:56] Nobody's got clean hands in the game. And as you just outlined. So we, we got some bodies on us right now. Right. So, uh, you bloods killed DG Leon killed D DG killed Keith. But Jenny was aware. There was a moment where she says, we got a murder on our hands. And I thought, wait a minute. Right. I said, oh, she's in on it. Her and Vince as well.

[00:36:22] Um, the lawyer, I think it was Rob in our comments on Spotify pointed out that Vince basically ordered that hit. He said, oh, there's your watch. Wouldn't it be crazy if you got that back? Yeah. And it seems like Jenny, Jenny knew about it too. So all these people are, you know, up to their elbows and blood right now. Nobody is clean. Lamar was a part of that robbery. Shoot. The only person who might be clean in any of this, maybe Lamar's producer partner, homeboy who was not in this episode at all.

[00:36:52] Andy. Andy. Yeah. Yeah. He might be the only one who came out of this without getting any blood on his hands. Cause everybody else got their hands dirty. These episodes. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. Yeah. He's the only, he's the only person I can think of who's clean. Mm. Mm. Mm.

[00:37:10] Uh, I have this image here of Vince, uh, DG and Jenny, but it's across from the image of Wanda, uh, Lamar and artillery and poor artillery. Another person who was ready to get out. He ain't getting out. Yeah. It's never going to happen. Artillery. Sorry. We thought he might not make it out of this season. Are you surprised that artillery gets to see season two? I am. I'm glad all of our predictions from last week were not, did not come true.

[00:37:39] I am actually, he was actually very quiet. This episode, basically he was in the background. He's like, y'all going to do what? Right. I ain't, man. He been said, he been said he not down with none of this thug nonsense. Okay. He's over it. Um, so, so yeah. Yeah. I'm excited. I can't wait to see. Yeah. I was about to say, I can't wait to see like how artillery like grows as an artist after this. Yeah. Me too.

[00:38:04] Because again, is he going to go toward the artillery route, which is the, a little bit less thug route or are people like Wanda and Lamar and shoot Leon. J Loco. Are they going to be able to say artillery, the money is in back to the hood and songs like that. You kind of want to, we want to stay in the thug music. You know, the gangster rap is what's popping. Um, so we'll have to see what happens there. We didn't really find out what happens with tiptoe at all.

[00:38:33] I mean, we know he's on that compilation album that's out. Right. But the album is out. So my question for you is, do you think tiptoe is now going to have some type of fame in the next season now that his voice is all over that compilation album? Yeah. Yeah. I think what's going to happen. I think Jenny's going to try tiptoe. Oh, it's going to be a tiptoe versus artillery. Yeah. Yeah. And it's either, it's either going to be tiptoe versus artillery, like battle back and forth.

[00:39:02] And, and they, they, they both get some shine or it's going to be like tiptoe isn't cutting it. Like Jenny is going to think, okay, F Wanda, F artillery, F Lamar. I'll go with tiptoe. And she's going to try and play everything into him. And then just not connecting. And then it'll prompt her to have to try and get back with Wanda and them. So either way, either way I could see it going. I want to talk a little bit about Big Daddy. You did yada yada his story, but I thought it was very interesting.

[00:39:31] In Big Daddy's moment of basically telling Leon and James that they need to do whatever he tells them to do, even if it means, you know, being a thug. And he tells a story about how when he was younger, he grew up in the Jim Crow South and his mother was attacked and robbed for some jewelry that her, that his father had bought her. The sheriff's wife wanted the jewelry, but the sheriff told her that he could not afford it.

[00:40:00] And she was appalled that some N-word could afford that jewelry and she could not. Eventually, Big Daddy's mom gets robbed and left on the side of the road, essentially. And so Big Daddy, the child of the house, knowing that his dad wouldn't stand for that kind of stuff and that he shouldn't stand for it either. He went and he killed the sheriff in cold blood right in front of his wife. All escaped off to California.

[00:40:27] So Big Daddy really can't be on his high horse next season. I don't want to hear nothing else about what J-Loco did and how he was running around with guns, sir. It's in the blood. Yeah. I mean, even when Big Daddy was clearly not 15, getting a 15-year-old pregnant, you know, that also a little sucks. Yeah. And then, I mean, back then, I think it was a more acceptable. I don't know if it was legal. Yeah.

[00:40:55] I know it was more acceptable, but I don't know what the laws were like. I'm just saying, his high horse is not that high. So, again, I'm not going to lie. During this story, this is when I paused it to check how much time was left. I was like, oh, this is an hour and a half. Okay, good. Because I'm like, I don't care. Get back to the stuff. Like, I'm so... Like, when I tell you I'm over Big Daddy and G-Mama or whatever her name is. Mama G. I'm over them, to be quite honest. Like, rah, rah, rah. You got your little story off.

[00:41:26] All right. I don't need to hear from y'all no more. I am fascinated by Mama G in this episode because she's clearly happy to have Lamar back. He basically comes back hat in hand. I want to come back home. And they all say, of course, come on in, baby. You know, without any pushback. Poor J Loco would have been out on the street. Wanda wouldn't have been able to get in the dough. But Lamar said, I'm ready to come home. I'm sorry. And they welcome him back in. But she has to accept that Lamar is not going to stop doing music.

[00:41:56] And he's not going to stop hanging out with Wanda. This moment that I have this photo of, this is a picture of her sending him off on the porch while he's about to go do some gangster shit. They're about to go rob somebody at gunpoint. And she's like, yeah, don't let the music ruin your life. He's like, I won't. As he's going to rob somebody at gunpoint. Yeah. Yeah. And then Mama G still. Yes, this thing.

[00:42:26] There's nothing else to add to it. Because, yeah, she's. This is like the. This and then just this end part where at the end we get the Mama G, Big Daddy, Lamar and James sitting down for a picture because we know how much the pictures are mean to her and stuff like that. And the whole time I'm just thinking. And you couldn't you couldn't even let Wanda in this picture. Like, I don't like Mama G. I don't care. Wanda didn't come in the house, though. Yeah.

[00:42:55] Did she ask her to come in the house? Did I miss that? She went outside. So Wanda and Lamar are sitting on the porch or they're talking on the porch. And he asked her. He said, are you going to come inside? And she's like, nah. I think she's realizing that this is not the place for her. For whatever reason, like you said, I'm sick of Mama G, too. For whatever reason, Mama G is not going to be accepting of Wanda. I mean, there are a ton of reasons why. And you see how Wanda's moving in this episode. Mama G is justified in some of the things for sure.

[00:43:21] But at the same time, I think Wanda also is identifying that the way she's moving, it'll never be acceptable in that household. And so she might as well just stay outside and let them have it. She even said, I'm done begging to be a part of this family. Yeah. And I'm still confused on how Wanda's related to them. I need answers. Hopefully we get it in season two or season three. We got to. Or we at least got to meet her Mama and them. Because she don't ever talk about her family.

[00:43:50] So that's what I want to know. You know, like, let's get the backstory. Because we do get a lot of character moments from Wanda. She talks about even before she was on drugs, she was already invisible to people. She could just watch people move. And, you know, when she's trying to guilt Leon, she's like, I guess I'll never be nothing more than somebody who got over drugs. I guess I'm invisible again. I was like, Wanda, please. You're laying it on thick, lady. But to her point, I don't really know anything about Wanda and why she was so invisible to this point.

[00:44:20] Yeah. Please let us know. Oh, it really sounds like an out of wedlock. She sounds like an out of wedlock, baby. Like, she sounds like somebody lied about something. That the grandma is the baby? Mm-hmm. It happens. It happens. I don't know. Is there anything else from this episode that we didn't talk about? I mean, we essentially got a Dara and Leon breakup.

[00:44:50] I don't know if it's official official, but it did kind of look like it. I think that was as official as it did. She's like, dang. She's like, okay. Do you want to fuck one more time? That was crazy. That was actually crazy. She's like, so. Dara's so fucking real. She really is. She, she been outside. She been outside. She know the game. Yeah. That was crazy. He like really trying to have a conversation with her.

[00:45:20] And she's like, so what? We done? You want to bring another girl in? It was, it was so interesting. Right. Because it was like, she like, is she putting on, you know what I'm saying? Because I, I feel like she's really hurt that her and Leon are done. So I was like, was that last moment just like, like put it on? Like it's all right. You know, like, you know what I'm saying? Like my feeling, cause she was just sitting there.

[00:45:47] It was like, was she putting on or was she broken and dejected? Because she was just sitting there smoking. She was like, you want to fuck one more time? I could call a girl. Like, just like so deadpan and just, you know what I'm saying? And then Lee is like, oh my God. No. Like he just walked away. We just killed somebody. Yes. You could hear DG in the background screaming for his life.

[00:46:17] And she's like, so you want to fuck? Like, no, you demonic light skin lady. Like chill. Just fine and evil. Like Jenny said. With her pretty eyes. It's like, I'm just, it is like, uh, Leon can not understand what the fuck is going on around him. And he's still trying to play for the, play by the rules. You know, even in that moment, he's telling them, Hey, we should probably tell Tino that this is Dara's fault. Look at Dara started all of this.

[00:46:46] And again, I was like, oh yeah, she did. I was like, I forgot. He said, she needs to know. He needs to know. She needs to make better decisions. Leon is the only adult for miles. And they're all like, come play with us. Come play. Pistol play. It's fun. Why don't you kill somebody? Wouldn't you want to do that? Poor Leon. I'm now on Leon watch. I need him to get out of this. I don't know how he's going to leave these people behind, but if Leon dies at the hands of these idiots, I'm going to be so mad.

[00:47:14] Leon goes and sits into his, sits in his office and it looks like he's just sitting there. It looks like he sits there like basically all night. Right. It's like, he's just really, the law firm is done. It's dead. It's dusted. And I'm sitting here like studio. So like a good space for a studio. Don't you want to do music? Like everybody else, like move on. I was like, let's come up with some record record level names. Let's see.

[00:47:45] Poor Leon. Not death row. What if it's something like, that'd be so funny if it's something like adjacent to death row. Lethal injection record. Not lethal injection. Fire and squad record. Oh, what is it? Lethal interjection. Ain't that gangstallitionism? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Magnificent. Magnificent. Oh wow.

[00:48:13] The scene where he's sitting there, I feel so bad. Because the man is like, look at all, look at what I tried to do. I tried to bring these people rules and regulation and laws. And I tried to help people. And everybody just keep dragging me down. And all I got is this box and this picture of Franklin St's mama. Franklin's mom. Yeah. Who? She still, she should still be alive, right? She just imprinting. Is she not just imprinting? Yeah. She in jail forever. She never getting out. She imprinting. Yeah.

[00:48:43] She killed a federal agent in cold blood. She ain't never getting out. You just made me mad all over again. I don't know why you mad. He deserved it. He got what was coming to him. She couldn't wait two seconds? She couldn't wait two seconds. No, because he got what was coming to him too. Oh my God. I will defend Sissy Saint to the day I die. Because that man told her, you are dead to me. And then it also expected her to give him billions of dollars.

[00:49:13] No, sir. I'm dead to you. Okay. Goodbye. She said, so that's it? You would just throw my life away for this money? And he said, absolutely. So she said, all right. She did nothing wrong. Sissy, get behind me. I got you, girl. Yeah. This has been a crazy season. I'm so happy that it ended like this. I definitely had some issues with the pacing throughout.

[00:49:38] We did have that very special flashback episode where we really got to know a little bit more about their mom. But to me, it slowed down the momentum. I thought this episode, they were determined to get the momentum back up. The last episode ended with Lamar getting punched. And this one was like, Wanda, you're fired. It was straight into the action. We didn't miss a beat. Yeah. So I'm hoping that we have the momentum. I think people enjoyed it overall.

[00:50:07] We don't get a lot of shows that last a long time these days. Not the good ones, okay? Because we're still on season, what, five, six? Are we getting in black or something like that now? Jesus Christ. But I would like this show to go on some more. So is there anything else you want to talk about from this season before we get ready to wrap up? Nope. I thought this was such a good season. Especially if Malcolm says that it's just an intro season.

[00:50:32] I think this is a perfect setup so that hopefully next season it's just like pedal to the metal gas. Again, it reminds me of rap shit, right? Like the first season of rap shit felt like a whole bunch of setup. And season two really felt like they were literally hitting their stride before they were unceremoniously canceled. So like I'm, you know, just hoping and praying that we get another season.

[00:50:58] What was that that I was talking about that I was like, if we don't get another season, it'll be fine. And we weren't sure if it was going to get another season. I forgot what, and I was like, girl, shut up. I forgot what you were talking about. I was like, Mari, don't say that. I forgot too. Oh, I think it was, was it Wonder Man? And I was like, Mari, please. And you're like, I thought it was. No, no. It wasn't Wonder Man. No, because I, it wasn't Wonder Man because I didn't, I didn't podcast about Wonder Man. Oh man, I forgot what it was. No, no, no, no, no, no. It was how, it was how to, like the flying one, right?

[00:51:26] How to, uh, Natasha Wathwell's joint. Oh yeah. And look what you did. Look what you did. We will never get another season. That was not my fault. I told you. I knew they were going to be on some bullshit. You were like, it's fine. We can go. This is the perfect ending. I was like, Mari, please. I was trying to get everybody ready for the inevitable. Uh-huh. Um, Mari, that's, that is the drop at Snowfall Saga season one. If y'all enjoyed that, please let us know in the comments.

[00:51:56] Let us know what y'all thought about it. Uh, youtube.com slash at recap, kickback, recap, kickback.com slash subscribe. We'll bring you all the other content, but Mari, um, we need to figure out what we're going to talk about next because we've been bouncing from TV show to TV show. All summer, since the spring, basically, when we did interview with the vampire, uh, we've done house of the dragon or a dunking egg as well. Season to season to season. We've been on it. I think we ran out of runway on TV shows.

[00:52:22] So have, is there anything on your, uh, like, uh, I guess on your radar right now that we could be talking about in the next week or so? No, I'll see y'all in the new year. Uh, it's been great. It ain't been that great. Oh, no, no, I don't, I don't think so. Um, definitely we're, we're looking forward to P Valley. We'll be, it'll be a recap, kickback, purple pants, uh, crossover for the Vow, uh, P Valley

[00:52:52] in December. Other than that, not much that I can think of. There's a few things in the theaters that I have been looking at. Um, like the Mahershala Ali, uh, Your Mother, Your Mother, Your Mother, I think is what it's called. It's Mahershala. He has a sword, I think, and a baby. Um, I thought it looked good. Yeah. Uh, that one's out. I think that's already out. Or if it's not out, it's going to come out in, uh, November.

[00:53:19] And then there's one other thing that was a blickety black that I thought we could talk about, but let us know in the comments. Again, this is, this is y'all's podcast as much as ours. We want to give y'all what y'all want to hear. And so, uh, let us know what you want us to talk about. Um, I feel like there's one other thing too, but I cannot think of what it is. Um, but when I do, I'll let everybody know. And then hopefully we'll all be here to talk about the shows and the movies that are upcoming as we creep up on the holiday season.

[00:53:48] Um, or do you have plans for, uh, any content for the holidays? Anything you want to talk about? You want to go back into some old black Christmas movies or something you want to watch? Uh, what's that? The Preach's Wife? Um, yeah, when I, I don't like Christmas. I don't either. I'm not like a Christmas movie person to be quite honest. I really like Home Alone. That's the only one. Literally. Yeah. Home Alone 1 and 2 is like literally. And then Nightmare Before Christmas, but again, the debate. That's a Halloween movie.

[00:54:16] So, so, so we got to get, we don't got to get into that debate, but who knows what kind of movie that is. So like, no, I'm not, I'm not into like Halloween. Cause I was thinking like, we haven't done a good top five in a minute. We haven't. Um. We haven't done a good top five in a minute. Uh, you brought up a Disney Channel movies the other day. I did. Disney Channel original movies. And I was like a top five Disney Channel original movies might be a little interesting.

[00:54:45] Maybe not even a top five because the movies just be the movies. But what if we just talked about all the black ones? You got Twitches. You got. Okay. The Poop Point. You got. Um. You got. Yeah. That one. You got Up Up and Away. Uh, you got, I guess the Cheetah Girls technically. Oh, okay. All right. We're back. Yes. Okay. The Cheetah Girls. You know, Up Up and Away is the one where there's superheroes and, uh, they are allergic to aluminum foil.

[00:55:14] It's Robert Townsend and the little boy, the little black boy can't get the power. That sounds familiar. Okay. I don't know. There's something there. That sounds very familiar. It's a good one. It's a good one. There's something there. I think there's, there's probably a couple of others if we really. There's that jumping one with. Oh. And the stepping one. Oh yeah. There is the jumping one. I forgot about the stepping one. The rapping one. The rapping. That's all the same one. Damn. And then I think Hounded is Taj Mahoney. That's technically. Which one is it?

[00:55:43] He finds a dog. The dog be tripping. I'm talking about the movie in general. Nah, Taj Mahoney is black. I'm talking about the movie might be black. I don't remember if there are other black people. I don't know. Yeah. But anyway, all that to say, we're looking for things to talk about. Let us know what there is that comes to mind. Me and Matt, we talked about, um, our favorite, one of our favorite drag queens, Bob the Drag Queen, put out a video about wrestling.

[00:56:09] Bob is notoriously a famous, uh, wrestling, uh, a big wrestling fan. And so he finally put out a video on YouTube talking about, like, his love of wrestling and stuff like that. So me and Matt watched it. We did a reaction video on the recap, the wrestling kickback. And, uh, we had a lot of fun doing it. I was like, I hope people have fun watching us watch a video. But Bob is just hilarious.

[00:56:35] So it was great to really, like, um, to just listen to his thoughts on wrestling and see him get very, very excited talking about, especially the golden era of wrestling, like the attitude era. So, uh, you can check that out on Recap Kickback. More than likely, Matt might be pulling me back to doing some sort of wrestling content. So maybe that's where I'm needed during this holiday season. I don't know.

[00:57:05] No matter what, you'll definitely see me for P-Valley. Yes, you'll definitely see you for P-Valley and hopefully much, much more. But, uh, until then, Mari, tell everybody where they can find you and what you're working on in your neck of the woods. Of course, you can find me over on, uh, Blue Sky at Mari Talks Too Much. That's two, like, the number two. Um, over on Crime Scene, me and Sarah Carradine are bringing you true crimes on Tuesdays-ish. Um, that coming up.

[00:57:34] That, um, introduction has changed so many times. It's changed so many times. And now it's like, we're just bringing you true crime. Whenever. It's coming at you. Uh, yeah. Coming up next week, uh, Gia, uh, Recap Kickback, you know, co-host here. Gia will be joining us to talk about the Pet Sematary murders, colon, a ghost story. And, right, and swipe right on the devil.

[00:58:03] So, uh, it's a twofer for Gia. So, if you love Gia's content over here on Recap Kickback, you can hear her over on Crime Scene by going to CrimeScenePod.com. So, you can subscribe wherever you get your podcast for Crime Scene. Um, you can also go to buymeacoffee.com slash, uh, CrimeScenePod. If you want to become a supporter or a member, members get, uh, podcasts early and ad-free.

[00:58:29] They also get, um, uh, monthly membership, like, exclusive content. Right now, Sarah and Katie from A Date With Dateline are watching Ludwig, um, a BritBox, uh, Ludwig Season 2 of BritBox show. And they're, they're having lots of fun, um, talking about it. All you have to do is just be a supporter one time. Support $1 and you get access to that. So, yeah. So, a lot of, uh, great stuff over on Crime Scene. I'm having a lot of fun over there.

[00:58:59] Yeah. Other than that, also, like my cups. Oh, I'm hoping if you guys, you know, God willing, just be working on cups all holiday season. To get them out to you before Christmas, you know? So, yeah. So, make sure, maricraftstomuch.bigcartel.com. Code, code, uh, code word. Recap. Recap. Discount code. Discount code. There you go. Recap. How about you, Chappelle? What you got going on?

[00:59:26] Uh, well, me and the aforementioned Gia are still covering Abbott Elementary. Uh, the season is in full swing. And so, we already have our episodes 1 and 2 recaps up. The episode 3 and 4 recap will be up later on, uh, in the upcoming week. Uh, we also, uh, are going to be joined by Sasha Joseph. First time appearance on Recap Kickback since the Beyonce podcast, I think. Uh. Yes. Yeah. The cowboy Carter. Yeah, exactly. Um, and so, since then, uh, Sasha has not been back. But, uh, we're gonna do How to Ruin Diwali.

[00:59:55] Uh, it is like, I'm steeping off to How to Ruin Christmas. If you missed our coverage of How to Ruin Christmas, we did all three seasons. Well, we did How to Ruin Christmas, the funeral, and the wedding, and the baby shower. We did all of that. And so, now we're gonna, uh, throw a little Indian flair in there and talk to Sasha about, um, what she thinks about holiday, this holiday movie. Because, of course, Sasha loves the holidays. And so, um, she'll be joining us. Chantel and I, talking about I Love New York Season 2.

[01:00:23] Matt Scott joined us to talk about the premiere and the casting special. The season is cracked. I cannot wait for Chantel to find out more about this season. I want to tell her so much, but she just, she gotta figure it out on her own. She gotta see it herself. So, check that out live on Sundays. Uh, and, yeah. And then I'm looking for other content to cover, uh, here on Recap Kickback. I wanna try to keep the ball rolling. We got a lot of momentum. We've been getting a lot of views. Thank y'all all for joining us for all of our content,

[01:00:51] for, uh, catching up with all these shows that we've been watching. But, again, if you want us to talk about something, let us know. You can email us, recapkickback at gmail.com, or leave a comment on our YouTube page or our Spotify and Apple Music. Um, but that's it. Mari, this has been so much fun, uh, for you and myself and the drop at Snowfall Saga. Hopefully, we will be back for Season 2. But if not, we will be back here on Recap Kickback to do this all over again for some other show. Until next time, peace!
